180 $, Hay street, in a quiet and tidy unit. double room
The room is part of a bright and modern fully furnished 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms’ apartment with a comfy lounge, open space equipped kitchen, laundry with washing and dryer machine, and a balcony. The resort also features a gym, a sauna and a swimming pool.
Beautiful apartment located in East Perth, HAY STREET, super close CBD, Northbridge, Victoria Park, Nedland, Crawley, or/and best location to go to anywhere else by free public transport or car. It is at the last floor, not on the street; so it is quieter than others.
We also provide unlimited fast wi-fi and a secure storage room in basement for bicycles etc.
You'll be sharing the house with a married couple. Then a Japanese girl. We are very busy, tidy and respectful people. We are looking for some professional and/or busy student, that, like us, wants to relax at home.
This is not a party house.
Rent is $180 for one person. We required 2 weeks bond and 2 weeks rent in advance.
Electricity bills is shared evenly.
Water, internet and Gas included in rent.
