We are waiting for share mates.
(We prefer female and couple, and just moving separate is available)
There are 3 rooms,2 bathrooms and 1 extra toilet.
Now 4 Korean live in our house.

Price : 1 person $130/per week.
2 person $260/per week.
2 weeks fee / 2 weeks bond fee.
[ When you leave our house, we give you bond fee back ]]
Including :
All Bills ( Gas, Water, Electricity, the Internet.)
Toilet paper, Kitchen/Laundry detergent
Some kind of spices(sugars. salt. soy sauce. etc.)
