Hi, there.
The house is located Wilson which is near Curtin university.
Very big room
Single $120 per week
Couple also $120 per week (so $60 per person)
Flat mates are all Chinese and they are curtin students.
Include
- double bed which can be sofa(will be yours in your room)
No include
- wifi $15 per month (even though you're couple)
- water, gas,electric
The house has heater, TV, dryer, laundry, fridge(×2),table, kitchen goods.
You can smoke balcony
2 weeks notice in advance
