Master room for $200 / two people, week

Large place for car parking
(5 cars inside the fence and 2 cars outside the fence)
Has a fence for house safety
Good location- francisco st, rivervale.
5mins to Belmont Forum shopping centre by car
(Around Belmont Forum, there are gym, swimming pool, movie theater and library..etc.)
10-15mins to Perth city by car, 30mins by bus
(The bus stop; number 37 is just 5mins far from our house by walk)
No carpets Easy care house.
