Scarboroughにあるタウンハウスでバルコニー・エアコン付きのマスタールームが1つ空きます。
賃貸期間：8月9日～11月7日までの3か月の短期のみ
レント：シングル利用 週$300 or カップルの場合 週$400 （光熱費等込み）
男性シェアメイト（とても静かなブラジル人学生）が1人おり、その方とバスルームを共有することになります。
パーキングスペース有、410番のバス停は家から50ｍ、412番のバス停は家から200ｍ

A master room with a balcony and air conditioning will be available in a townhouse located in Scarborough.
Rental period:
Short-term only — from 9th August to 7th November (3 months)
Rent: $300 per week for single occupancy
or $400 per week for a couple (Utilities included)
There is one male housemate — a very quiet Brazilian student — and you will be sharing the bathroom with him.
Parking space available. Bus stop No. 410 is 50m from the house, and bus stop No. 412 is 200m from the house.
The homeowner works FIFO (Fly-In Fly-Out), so for questions or to arrange a viewing, please contact Jorge directly via text message in English. Due to his work schedule, he may not be able to reply immediately, but he will get back to you.
