Master room in Como (Own toilet + Own shower)
$320 per week (including everything)

Only single occupancy (Male, Female doesn’t matter)
2 weeks bond 2 weeks notice
Queen bed, Desk, chair, Chest drawer, Bed side table, Full length mirror, Built-in-wardrobe
Quiet, Respectful environment
Must be clean and tidy and able to look after the house.
We only accept the person who’s working.
Also, we prefer a person with same lifestyle like us ‘Wake up early Sleep early’

Total 5 people including you. Korean family of 3 + 1 Japanese guy. It’s big house and all the room in the house are master room so won’t see each other often.
Bus stop just in front of the house. Bus to city stops here every 30 mins.
6-7 street parking bay assigned in front of the house. Parking will be no issue. By car to the city only 10 minutes.
