Hello!
We have two single rooms(own rooms: queen bed, built-in wardrobe, drawers and air conditioner) for rent in Como.
We am looking for someone neat and tidy Japanese.
Near South Perth, Karawara, Mt Pleasant and Applecross.
6 mins to walk to the bus stop(bus #30: The Transperth 30 - Elizabeth Qy - Curtin U bus serves in the Perth area departing from Perth Busport Zone A and ending at Curtin University Station).
We prefer female mate.
No drugs and smoke free home.
Room is $270 weekly - included WiFi, water, electricity, gas and dishwashing liquid detergent.
In addition, we have a child(6 years old). We need understanding person for that.
