クイーンルーム 週＄400 (光熱費込み+Wifi)
お部屋にはベットと大きな鏡付きクローゼット(必要であれば机もつけれます)
ボンド 2週間分(退去時に何も問題がなければ全額返金。)
バスルーム(シャワールームは個人で使って頂けますがおトイレだけ、オーナーのご家族、又はお友達が来た時だけシェアさせてください)
キッチンとランドリールームは共有で, 駐車場はoff street parking になります。
オーナーはオーストラリア人の父、母と15歳の娘さん３人家族です。
共働きで、娘さんはホームスクーリングでたまにアルバイトをしています。
お父さんの仕事の関係上(夜勤&長時間労働)、常識があり、オーナー家族のプライバシーを尊重できる人。学生さんや、フルタイムでお仕事してる方、FIFOの方大歓迎。
英語環境に浸りたい方には最高の環境！

We are looking for a female share mate , popular area in Scarborough . Walk distance to the beach and a newly built modern house. Available anytime.
$400 per week including all bills for a fully furnished queen room with a built in wardrobe.

There is a bathroom that most of the time you can use only yourself but please share it when the owner expects any visitors come over. Shared kitchen and bathroom.
