Riverton fourn - 5 minutes by car.
Perth CBD - 20 minutes drive.
Canning vale Markets-10 minutes drive.
Have a full-time job,student, FIFO worker.

No partying
Not smoking
No pets
The rent includes water and electricity.
2 weeks rent + 2 weeks deposit.
Two weeks notice required for cancellation
Short-term rental is negotiable, long-term rental is preferred.
