• Room A: Room with a queen size bed, $260/week
• Room B: Room with a single bed, $240/week
• Room C: Room with two single beds (can be swapped for a double bed), $360/week

• Includes mattress, pillows, quilt, and desk
• Rent includes utilities (water, electricity, gas), internet, and shared toilet paper for communal spaces
• House accommodates 6 people in total
• Washing machine regularly sanitized
• House rules ensure a pleasant living environment

• Board games and a 75-inch TV for movie nights
Important Note:
Our most precious family member is a well-behaved cat! He sometimes sneaks into rooms for naps 🙄. If you’re okay with this, just be mindful to check if he’s lurking outside your door when you open it 😂.
