Water, electricity, gas bills (reasonable use) and WiFi all included
(If you are looking for short stay it doesn’t need moving out notice but please let me know the moving in and move out date 🙏🏼 )
✨Provide basic furniture,pillows ,bedsheets and quilts,cooking utensils, tableware etc .
✨Provide dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies
✨There is a bus stop 2 minutes’ walking distance . The bus takes about 15-20 minutes to reach the city.
✨10 minutes drive to NorthBridge, 5 minutes to crown casino
Looking for people who love quiet, clean and tidy people, respect each other
Please clean common areas immediately after use and clean rooms regularly
🚫No Party
🚫No smoking
🚫No take friends overnight
Two storey nice house very good space and tidy
There are 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms (your room will share bathroom with 2 other single rooms)
There is another toilet on the first floor
When moving out, return door key ,room clean
If there is no issue , the deposit bond will be fully refunded
