Room for rent now available in Dianella.
House has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of outdoor parking.
Dianella has very low crime rates. Added are external CCTV cameras for that extra security.
The house is fitted with air-conditioning, and small heaters are provided for each room.
Nearby are shopping centres, Asian grocery stores, and a 24 hour grocery store. The bus to the city is about 10-15 minutes walk away.
Currently occupied by 1 Japanese girl, 1 Chinese girl (my girlfriend), and myself (who's there half the time).
Price is $200 per week, including bills and WiFi.
