Hey everyone, I am going on holiday and I'll be renting my entire whole apartment.
The apartment is in east perth, close to cat stops, woollies, cbd, etc. Facilities in the building as gym, sauna, and indoor pool.
Short term for 09/10 till 08/11
1 week bond + 2 weeks rent in advance
1 car parking bay available
Inspections are available. Just send a message if you're interested.
Price for single （only female ）$400/week with bills included.
Price for couple $550/week with bills included.
ブラジル人の友達がホリデーで日本に行くため、10月9日から11月8日の間で泊まれる方を探しています。East Perthのアパートメント1部屋をまるまる使用して頂けます。
凄く気さくな子で日本が大好きな子です。
シングルの場合（女性限定）は$400, カップルの場合は$550です。どちらも光熱費込みになります。
