友達の代理投稿です。
Cockburnの近くの綺麗なおうちが日本人女性限定で、9月15日から1部屋空きが出ます。
レントは$250/week
ボンドは2週間分です。
長めに住んでくれるとありがたいのですが、来年の5月にはお友達家族が帰ってくるのでそれ以降は住めません。
既に日本人女性が1人別の部屋で住んでいます。なので一軒家をその方とシェアして頂く感じになります。隣の家に友達の両親が住んでいるので問題があれば隣に相談に行けます。
The house is available from Monday, 15th of September;

- It is 3 kilometers from Cockburn Central Train Station and Gateway Shopping Center.
- The closest bus station is a 5-minute walk away, with access to the 520 and 530 bus lines.
- It is a 20-minute drive to the city center.
