Female share-mate wanted to share 3 bedroom house in East Victoria Park with one male and one Japanese female. The house is close to bus stop for the city and close to Albany Highway with Café's restaurants and The Park shopping centre.
You will have your own room which also has a Study desk.
The cost is $140 per week which includes Electricity Gas and Water and free Wi-Fi
There is a bond of $280 and a minimum stay of 3 months.
The room will be available for inspection from the 11th of September.
