✨Provide dishwashing liquid, toilet paper and basic cleaning supplies
✨Bus stop 1-2 minutes’ walking distance . The bus takes about 15-20 minutes to reach the Perth city
✨10 minutes drive to NorthBridge, 5 minutes to crown casino / Optus stadium
Looking for people who love quiet, clean and tidy people, respect each other
Please clean common areas immediately after use and clean rooms regularly

Two storey nice house very good space and tidy
There are 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms (your room will share bathroom with 2 other single rooms)
There is another toilet on the first floor
When moving out, return door key ,room clean
If there is no issue , the deposit will be fully refunded
