２０代後半女性です。
すぐに入居できるフラットを探しています。
・1週間220ドル以下(ガス、電気代、インターネットなど全て含む)
・ワーキングホリデーで行くので家具のついているところ
・動物なし、禁煙の場所（軽いですがアレルギーがあるため）
立地はCBDからあまり遠くないところで探しています。（CBD周辺で仕事を探す予定のため。）フラットメイトはできれば女性希望です。
綺麗好きで、シェアハウスでの滞在経験もあります。

I’m looking for a flat where females only live(if it's possible), no pets( I have allergies to dogs and cats), and no smoking.

・Under $220 p/w （water, utilities, Wifi all included would be very nice)
・If possible, close to CBD
* I’m a tidy person and friendly. I have the experience of living in a shared house.
I would like to move in as soon as possible.
