Hello! I'ｍ from Japan,female, 25 years old.
I work in the CBD as a full time worker and will be living in Perth for the next 2 years as I got my Temporary Skill Shortage visa. It will amazing if the room is closer than 30 minutes from the city by bus or train. Ideally,I prefer a furnished room.
I have lived in Perth since this year and can move out anytime.
- I like keep it clean
- non smoker
- I don't have pets but don't mind living with them
- My budget is a maximum of $250 per week, including bills.
