I am looking for share mate who stay our beautiful apartment.
The location of our apartment is the best to stay and to head to CBD.
There are a lot of bus which is for free around CBD area and the bus stop is away just a minute from our apartment.
Gym, Pool and dry spa is available.
2 weeks share fee, 2 weeks bond fee, 2 weeks notice in both way
We prefer the person who knows about share-house rule and clean and orgarnize share place(Bathroom and kitchen).
2 female use one bathroom and me and my wife will stay at master bedroom with our own bathroom.
Room info : Full furniture room with Queen size bed
Available date : From 28/OCT/2023
Fee : $250/w [ All bills included ]
