Hi there
I have a nice room with built in wardrobe in lnnaloo.
3 bed room,2 bathroom,2garage beautiful house. You can have your own bathroom and toilet.
Fantastic location within walking distance to karrinyup shopping centre,also transport close to our house as well.
Must be full time worker or full time student.
Live with Japanese family.(single mum and 12 years old boy)
$250/week
Bond is $500 which you would need to pay straight away.
All electricity ,gas,water bills and wi-fi are included. sorry no couples.
The room is available from 21/October.
Looking for someone who can stay at least 3 months.
Prefer Japanese female.
