Supermarket & Pharmacy 5 mins walk.
There is a variety of cafes and restaurants and the Swan River is 5 mins walk, close to Optus Stadium. CAT bus to the City and there is also the train service.
Own bedroom (queen size bed) bathroom, heating, air con, internet, all included in price. Desk and chair.
Females preferred.
Non smokers and non vapers, no drugs or guests are allowed.
I am friendly, tidy and considerate. I work from home most days and enjoy spending time by myself, but equally happy to chat over a glass of wine or coffee!
