The house located in a Private Estate Stirling. Bus stop direct to Perth city or Stirling Train station just across the road (about 3 houses away).
Parks and lakes just 5 minutes walking distance.
New Woolworth supermarket recently open and very convenient.
Very clean house and private and fully furnished. You will only be sharing with one other female house mate. She is neat, friendly and respectful.
One room available $190/week inc bills & unlimited NBN internet.
Bond fee : 3 weeks rent.
Available for long term.
The room comes with queen size bed, bed sheets, pillow and blanket.
