オーナーさんは綺麗好き&お喋り好きなマレーシア人で、他にマレーシア人と日本人の学生が住んでいます。オウンルームで、トイレとバスルームを3人でシェアすることになります。
バス停は家のすぐ近くにあり、また徒歩5分のカーティン大学バスポートからは、たくさんバスが出ているので、とても便利です。
