Hi my name is ted from korea.
I am a chef and i have lived in perth for about 5 years. I can speak English and Japanese fluently so i can help you learning english or give advice if you are jew to perth.
I have a large ensuite room that is ideally for a couple but could be shared for two or used own. The room is 250 per week.
The house is placed in quite and safe area. There is a bus stop right in front of house and it is one stop away to city bus port. Phoenix academy is in 3 mins walking distance. Also there is gym and swimming pool right across the street.
