Seeking a Housemate for a 3x2 recently built house in mindarie (near Joondalup). House is furnished . The room is $160 a week + splitting bills.
The price includes:
Fully ducted air conditioning and heating
The house has solar panels therefore cheaper electricity bills
Own bathroom and toilet
Deluxe kitchen
Shared living space with a tv and study room
The house is a 15 minute walk to the shopping centre, beach and mindarie marina. It is located in a new estate with a quiet neighbourhood and a park nearby. 30 min drive to the city and under 10 minutes to joondalup.Ideally looking for a non-smoking respectable housemate in their mid twenties who is easy going and clean.
About me:
I am a relaxed, easy going male in my mid twenties. I work full time during the week and enjoy a couple of drinks on the weekend.
