City Free Zone single own room and share room -Flatmate wanted (Female only)

Here is a room gonna be available on 6th Feb 2020, and it is share room share with another girl for a while until 11th March 2020, then it will change to single own room after that.
This apartment is located at 82 Royal st. East Perth, in front of IGA supermarket, and the beautiful place which is Victoria Park and Swan River r just downstairs, u can take a walk whenever u want, here is very quiet, safe, and relaxable.
This apartment:
# near city, and very safe in here.
# very beautiful, just next to Victoria Gardens.
# only 3 girls share the bathroom and toilet.
# NBN high speed Wifi provided.
# has a small gym.
# Free bus Yellow cat is just downstair.
# Train station just 10 minutes by walking.
# share room is $130 per person / week. And single own room is $170 per week. Bills is included, but can not use heater pls.
# At least 3 weeks notice before move out.
# Keep tidy and clean in your room and public area.
