hi My name is Ted from Korea.
I have lived in Australia for 4 years working as a chef. I can speak Japanese and English well so I can explain and help you settle down and studying english as well. Also you could help me to imporve Japanese better as well.
The house is 3 stories townhouse in the west perth one bus stop from city ( 2 section) and bus stop is right in front or you could walk to city for about 25mins. So it is ideal place to get a job or go to school in the city. Also Phoenix school is 3mins walking distance.
Also there are supermakets you could get in 15mins walking or from city.
This is very quite and safe place.
I personally would like to gather everyone in the house to cook and have conversation.I also have great interest in japanese cuisine so if you can teach me that would be great as well.Also we can hang out to some nice places together
