こんにちは!
私の名前はマットです。ごめんなさい、私は日本語が下手です。私の彼女は日本に帰りました。だからルームメイトが必要です。私は33歳です。メタルとJ-pop/K-popとホラーとアニメとゲームに興味があります。I'm neat and tidy, don't smoke or drink and tend to keep to myself.
My girlfriend is Japanese and went back home recently. I'm learning Japanese and hoping to move to Japan next year, so it would be helpful to have someone I can practice talking Japanese to at home :)
The house is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom in Butler and is a :
2 minute walk to McDonald's/KFC
5 minute walk to Aldi
10 minute walk to Butler trainstation/Woolworths
10 minute train ride to Joondalup
So it's a convenient area for someone who doesn't drive.
The house has reverse cycle airconditioning in the living room and master bedroom, a double garage, has FTTP broadband and is pet friendly although I don't have any pets.
Two of the smaller bedrooms and your own bathroom/toilet are available. Or the theatre room could be used as a larger bedroom if you'd prefer.
Rent is $150pw, excluding bills.
