Hi. My name is ted. I am from korea but i can speak quite a bit of japanese and good with english. I can help people with settlement.
The house is located on west perth
And it is only one stop to city or walk 20 mins to Northridge.
It is 3 mins walking to Phoenix and ideal to go to school in city
Also i am a chef so i sometimes cook food for people in the house but its not a noisy or party house.
I got couple room for 250/week
And a single room for 185/week.
The gas and electricity bill will be shared and the room will be furnished.
