シティにアクセス便利なRivervale(Belmont と Victoria park の近く) の一軒家では、フレンドリーなアイリッシュとコリアンのカップルがハウスメイトを探しています！とてもきれいで広い家です^ ^

3 minutes working distance to the bus stop.
Have bus every 5~10 minutes.
3 minutes to Belmont and 5 minutes to Victoria park.
If someone work at city would be good to live here.
Rent:
$150/week (2weeks bond)
included bills and wifi

big house 4 bed rooms 2 bath rooms
2 rooms available. (Both upstairs)
The Bathroom and toilet are separated and only two people who live upstairs, they’ll share.
People:
Free to boys and girls! Prefer Nice and peaceful people.
You will stay with a couple, who are a very talkative Irish gentleman and a very friendly capable Korean lady, be able to exercise speaking English which is good for students!
Addition:
No Netflix, but there is a second TV on upstairs! You flexibly can enjoy your TV time!
We have a dog and a cat, so would be great having animal friendly people :)
