Hi.
I have a one room available located at Glendalough.
Only 2 train stations away from city and it takes 10 minutes to Perth station.
Room is vacant from 18/07/2018 and it is ready to come and have a look.
Myself and partner uses one room and one Japanese girl is living at the other room, so it could be 4 people at 3 bedroom house.
We have 4 months old little puppy girl so it is going to be great if you have no allergie for dog.
Me and my partner are Korean living in Australia more than 10 years and I speak Japanese which you can choose your language at home for learning English or relaxing at home with Japanese lol
Rent is $130 paying for fortnight and bond is 2 weeks rent.
