Hi guys,
A beautiful two storey house in East Perth, 5 mins walk to Claisebrook Train Station and Yellow CAT bus Free Transit Zone, 3 mins walk to Swan River, 1 min walk to gym. Convenient location and no travel fare in free zone. The house is fully furnished and equipped. Close to cafes, IGA, restaurant, chemist shops, shops, swan river and public transport.
I am looking for mature and responsible people. Bedroom with a shared bathroom is $220 per week, $260 with a partner, the room including a queen size bed, two bedside tables and a big robe.
I will require 2 weeks bond and 1 week rent in advance. All bills included (water, electricity, gas, unlimited WiFi internet ) Fully furnished room, double bed, bedside cabinet, fan and bed linen included, you only need to bring your luggage!
