City Free Zone one of the single beds in Double room-Flatmate wanted (Female only)
Hi there
As one of our flatmate is leaving Australia soon, here is a single bed in double room gonna be available on Apr 27th.
This apartment is located at 82 Royal st. East Perth, in front of IGA supermarket, and the beautiful place which is Victoria Park and Swan River r just downstairs, u can take a walk whenever u want, here is very quiet, safe, and relaxable.
This apartment:
3 rooms here, include two double rooms and one single room.
3 girls use the bathroom and toilet for sharing.
Free bus Yellow cat 4 & 33 is just downstair.
Train station just 10 minutes by walking.
$125 per week for one single bed in double room.
2 weeks rents for bond, $150 for security keys.
(will return when u moving out)
Wifi provided
Bills is included, can not use heater, and just do not waste pls ^^
Home rules
At least 2 weeks notice before move out.
Keep tidy and clean in your room and public area.
