We have a bedroom (with a double bed) available in our 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom house from now until 20th May. You'll be living with an ESL English teacher while my wife and son are in Taiwan for the birth of our next baby.
It's fully furnished with an air-conditioner and unlimited WIFI in a lovely quiet / safe area (Stafford Road, Kenwick). Rent is $120 per week including expenses (airconditioner is extra) and you'll need to pay two weeks bond upfront.
It's also quite convenient, only 1 km to Kenwick station on the Armadale line, and then 18 minutes by train to the city. Also, it's just 3 minutes drive Centro Maddington shopping centre, medical centres and Bunnings.
We're looking for a trustworthy, responsible, tidy person who is a non-smoker. Please let us know if you are interested, or forward the info onto any of your friends who might be interested.
