We are Korean, married couple student in Perth and looking for Japanese house sharemates. We are all busy students so our place probably suits for student.
Our place is located in 7 Heirisson way, Victoria park and 5 minutes away from the big bus station which can easily lead you to the city and other places in South.
The apartment is 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and we are using the master room and 1 Korean man is using 1 room. You will share the bathroom with him.
The bed is double so we are looking for 1 person or 2 people as a couple.
The price will be $150 for 1 person and $220 for 2 people per 1 week. All bills are included along with free filtered drinking water, detergent, and toilet paper.
This apartment has swimming pool, sauna and gym so feel free to use.
Deposit is 2 weeks-worth, so either $300(1 person) or $440(2 people).
Also, there is 2 weeks notice each other.
