Hi, we have one queen sized bedroom available for rent on The Strand Dianella.
Its a golden location which is walking distance to Dianella Plaza, local deli, liquor shop, plus 5 mins drive to Galleria shopping centre. If you don't have car, bus stop connect to city and Morley mall only 10 mins walk as well.
Our housemates live here for more than 3 years now he ended up bought this own property so he's moving on.
We're looking for a couple or two friends who are mature, respectful, love to maintain clean and tidy to move in this room, you'll have your own living room and television, bathroom and toilet share with another house mate who is single and reraly home.
The house basically is a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 living area Big house. Myself and my partner have a one year old baby and we both work full time. We use the front portion of the house which have our own living room and ensuite. You and another single house mate use other half of the house so we're quite separate and independent.
The rent is including all bills, unlimited wifi, landline home phone, bond will be 3 weeks rent, moving notice is 3 weeks.
