We have a bedroom (with a double bed) available in our house for 3 months (until 16th February). It's fully furnished with an airconditioner and in a lovely quiet / safe area (Stafford Road, Kenwick). It's also quite convenient being only a 12 minute walk to Kenwick station on the Armadale line and then 22 minutes by train to the city. Also, it's a short distance to Kenwick shopping centre, Kenwick medical centre, Bunnings, and Centro Maddington shopping centre. We're looking for a trustworthy, responsible non-smoking female who is happy to live with an adorable 2 month old boy. $140 per week including expenses and two week bond.
