マウントローリーとモーリーの間にある便利な地Bedford の綺麗なオウンルームに空きができたので、女性一名募集しています！
現在一軒家に3人と犬1匹（大型犬）が住んでおり、
1人の女性とトイレとバスルームシェアになります。
部屋も綺麗で大きく、高収納なワードローブ、クイーンサイズベッド、テーブルとイスが備わっています。
レントは$270/週で光熱費、Wifi全て込みです！
お互いを尊重して綺麗に保てる方をお待ちしてます！
（パーティーや騒音などはなしでお願いします）
シティまでバスで15分圏内で、バス停は家の目の前にあり好立地です！隣に公園、カフェ、IGAもすぐ近くです。

I would like to rent out a room in Bedford, you will be sharing a bathroom/ toilet with another female housemate.
The house has total 4people max living including you, rent is $270 incl. bills and Wifi, prefer a friendly, respectful and clean person to join us, sorry no party.
I do have a 14mths old Labradoodle living with me, he is fluffy, friendly and playful, no shed on his fur tho.
