Awesome Studio Apartment on basement level of a family home with your own separate entry. Fully furnished with queen bed, Smart TV & aircon plus your own private kitchenette and bathroom. FEMALE ONLY (no couples) preferred with references. Includes all bills - gas, electricity, water, wifi, Netflix. Located in Leederville/North Perth, very close (10 min walk) to Oxford Street Cafes and Bars, and Leederville Train Station. Closest bus to city is no.402 along Loftus St and only 10 minutes travel time to city. SHORT TERM ONLY (3 - 6 months maximum). Available now. $390 per week for a single person or we can provide two single beds as a twin share for $500/week. Host mother is an English teacher experienced in homestay hosting.
